So a couple of days ago, my best friend Kat & I were having dinner. We had an amazing conversation about how its very important to engage with your fans. It made me extremely jealous because Kat not only is a big actress, she's a singer, dancer and is EXTREMELY busy! The only difference between her and Willa is she makes so much time for her fans! She speaks with them, meets them, engages with them and even goes out to dinner with them. Willa is not that busy with her career and can't even reply back to tweets. That is so what I wished for from Willa.

So I shared my story with Kat and told her about my extremely dedicated fan site and my journey following Willa's career (expanding over 10 yrs now). Willa has only reached out to me personally 1 time (for the track "Who I Am") and mentioned the blog once on The Boub Show. She's never taken the time to Thank me for being a dedicated follower. Im not bitching about not being recognized just dumbfounded at the fact she's never acknowledged the fans or even treated us like we had anything to do with her career. Because honestly if it wasn't for us or this site/blog she really wouldn't be relevant today. I hope this post doesn't start any kind of animosity but if it does, just remember that other celebrities much more accomplished than Willa treat their fans beyond amazing.

READ WHAT KAT WROTE TO THE FANS BELOW!

So I had a really great convo with my best friend Alissa today, and we were talking about the importance of treating your fans right, treating people right. That when people accept me they accept you guys because we’re a package deal. We stick together, we’re very close. I’ve spoken and hung out with so many of you. Alissa told me the story of waiting 9 years for a star she loved to respond to her or show her some appreciation and she still didn’t really ever get the validation she deserved. The first and only fan letter I wrote was to Moby for his album play I believe. I never got a response… no one I ever was crazy about as a fan gave me the time of day no matter how many photos I saved or songs I sang in the car. They made me feel like a fan, below them, not on their level. I hope I can always make you guys feel validated.

UPDATED:Willa To Be In 4 Episodes of Magic City

I asked her on twitter how many episodes of Magic City (airs beginning April 6 on Starz)  she would be in and she responded back and said 4 of 8, and then she confirmed for me in another tweet that it would be episodes 1,5,6,8.so here's hoping she has a major role!,I'm super excited to see her back in the acting circuit,girl's got acting skills!  Good luck Willa! and thx for taking the time to let me know.
